J R A “juvenile rheumatoid arthritis” or J I A “juvenile idiopathic arthritis” are primarily found among the children below the age group of 16 years. J R A is a bit different than the common arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis which can be found in many adults. Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis is also an auto immune disorder. As the term idiopathic, this means the condition or the disease which might not have any definite cause. J R A affects the synovial joints, stiffness, pain and some sort of deformity can be observed in severe cases also. Common similarity between J R A and R A is, that both these diseases effects female more than males. Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis can be divided into three subtypes:

- SYSTEMIC: Fever with pinkish colored rashes is the two basic prognosis indications that a physician get. It is quite a tough test for doctors, because of the common similarities with different diseases. Systemic J I A affects both types of joint large and small.
Apart from all the subtypes and specific symptoms there are also common and basic symptoms for J R A. Those are as follows:
Swelling of large and small joints accompanying with pain and stiffness. These symptoms usually found in early hours of morning or after a small leisure break, like power nap. Mobility of joints gets drastic limitation. J R A affects the primary joints like hands, knees, ankles.
